Need to transfer your Visible phone number to another carrier? Visible uses Verizon's port out system. You'll need a Number Transfer PIN, which is generated through Verizon's system since Visible operates on Verizon's network.

Verizon Network: Since Visible operates on Verizon's network, you'll use Verizon's porting system to get your Transfer PIN.
How to Get Your PIN
For consumer accounts:
- Dial
*#PORTfrom your phone to receive a link - Generate the PIN through My Verizon's website
- Contact Verizon at 800-922-0204 for assistance
For business accounts (special requirements as of 2025):
- Contact Verizon's porting department at 888-847-0095
- Ask for a 4-digit account security PIN (not 6-digit transfer PIN)
- Ensure the number is flagged as authorized to port out
Business Account Issue: Visible requires 4-digit security PINs for business accounts, not the standard 6-digit transfer PINs.
⚠️ Key Requirements
- PIN expires in 7 days - use it promptly
- Keep service active until port completes
- Disable Number Lock before porting
- Prepaid customers must visit a Verizon store
